Abstract Submission Guidelines
5th Biennial Academic Sessions
Graduate Nurses’ Foundation of Sri Lanka (GNFSL)
We invite abstract submissions for the upcoming Scientific Sessions of GNFSL. All participants
need to adhere to the following guidelines when preparing their abstract.
1. Abstracts need to be related to the themes provided by the organizing committee.
2. Abstract Structure
Please structure your abstract under the following headings:
• Title
• Author(s) Name(s) and Affiliation(s)
• Introduction: Briefly state the objectives and provide relevant background.
• Materials and Methods
• Results
• Conclusions and Recommendations
• Keywords
3. Formatting Requirements
• Word Limit: Maximum 300 words
• Page Size: A4
• File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx)
• Font: Times New Roman
• Font Size: 11 pt
• Line Spacing: 1.5
4. Biography Submission
Please include a brief biography of the presenting author with the following details:
• Full Name
• Contact Number
• Postal Address
• Email Address
• A recent photograph (optional but preferred for introduction and publication)

30th September 2025
7. Font type– Times New Roman, Font size – 11
